Bibliotherapy storybook and modules on parental Complex PTSD

Noah’s Story is designed to help children and family members understand what is happening when a loved one is suffering from Complex PTSD. This is not a classroom or group reading book, rather it is a purpose-designed therapy tool, intended for use with children who are already experiencing the impact of having a parent with complex PTSD.

As a co‑created bibliotherapy resource, it has been developed with extensive input from an international group of parents, children, clinicians, and community partners with a view to helping children and families navigating the challenges that come with a parent’s complex trauma.

The book is free to download here with additional modules for parents/carers and support workers also available.
