If you need help urgently for a mental health concern, but it’s not an emergency, you can get help by:
- calling 111 (UK-wide),
- visiting the appropriate NHS websites for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
If you think you (or a friend or relative) might be experiencing some form of mental health problem, then you should get in contact with your GP for help and advice.
